But if you regularly include the foods listed below in your diet, you can do a lot to maintain your well-being and health.
Whether you eat dry beans or fresh green beans, they are good for the heart, as they contain cholesterol-lowering fibre, potassium, and B vitamins. It also has plenty of low-fat protein.
Does it really work wonders? Probably so, provided you can digest it without any particular discomfort.
This plant is indeed considered a medicine. Research shows it contains anti-cancer substances and even reduces the risk of stomach ulcers, heart disease, and osteoporosis. Its miraculous effects are probably due to the fact that it contains four times more vitamin C, five times more calcium, and twice as much iron as its close relative, cauliflower. It also contains folic acid, magnesium, vision-enhancing vitamin A, and blood-clotting vitamin K.

It can be an excellent aid in the prevention of heart disease, as it contains antioxidants and water-soluble fibres that reduce cholesterol levels. If you eat oats for breakfast, you won’t feel hungry again for a long time because they stabilize blood sugar levels. It can therefore also play a role in preventing diabetes. It also contains selenium, which is known as an anti-cancer mineral.
